How to work with Pattern or something similar in Sketch?

The task is as follows:
We need a vector pattern of a tree frame, i.e. if you look at the stump :) then rings are visible on it.
How to reproduce this in design? In Photoshop, I would probably try to find a Pattern or a Brush.
How to solve this problem in Sketch?

Take the pen (V) and draw.
You can put a translucent picture and circle it.
But in general, the Sketch is not for this, so it’s better not to. Set for drawing Affinity Designer .
