now the point is, if this is their finished product, which they already support and operate, then what kind of defects can we talk about? what should I write in the list of defects?

There are no perfect products. In any product, you can find a bunch of jambs. There are some blocks that are close to perfection (from a business point of view) - for example, Google / Yandex search results, but so much attention is never paid to everything else.
It only confuses me a little that you are offered not only to test, but also to think about ux, which is weakly related to testing.
