How to work with Google Play Advertising ID?

Advertising ID (advertising ID) is a unique anonymous identifier for displaying ads assigned by Google Play Services. It simplifies data management for users and provides a simple, standardized app monetization system for developers. The user can reset the ID and disable interest-based ads in the Google Play apps.

As of August 1, 2014, all updates and new apps you download from the Play Store must use an advertising ID (if available on your device) instead of other device IDs for advertising purposes, as per the Google Play Developer Program Policies. App developers are responsible for ensuring that apps comply with all Google Play policies, including advertising ID use.

When the new rules go into effect, developers of applications that use other persistent identifiers will receive a warning about the violation.

They give a " simple API ", alas, I write not in Java, but in Delphi XE6. I have never worked with their API, and I have no idea how to work. I heard that you can connect a Java class to Delphi and use it. How this will look like is not clear to me. Who fumbles in this case, are there any tips with coding? As I understand it, you need to connect their SDK, and start coding. And what to code - I do not know. D:
