I ask for help in the following question - I often see interesting themes on themeforest that are presented only as html or psd versions, and there are no options for wp, drupal, opencart and others. Technically, I have the opportunity to make a normal integration in at least 3 cms, but there are copyrights and other rights that cannot be violated. How and where to contact in such cases - to the author, to the site administration, to buy an extended license or something else?
It is still difficult with English, an attempt to find an answer on the site has not yet brought good luck, maybe there is someone who knows, will tell?

Directly to the author, since none of the forest licenses will allow you to distribute CMS-adapted themes as a standalone product.
