What html template to take for a corporate site?

I'm looking for a good html template for a corporate site, in the following design: active.primera-lab.ru
(but the site will not be on Bitrix). I tried the canvas template on themeforest - disappointed, it looks beautiful, but through the !important line, and a lot of css in the html code, so it turned out to be hard to work. Can anyone recommend a good responsive template?
