Is there such a topic, a la teletype for Atom, or when two or more mouse cursors are in google docs and all work together in one online workspace? Can you suggest how to implement this?

In Photoshop, there is no such functionality. Only work with one file in turn, putting the psd somewhere in the shared folder. Worked, saved, another opened this file, worked too, saved, etc.
Online at the same time is possible in Figma, for example. But it is not for retouching and drawing, for example.
Understand the point: you can simultaneously work in those services or applications that are originally online tools and all files are stored on the server.
