Questions:
1. How to draw up an agreement with a foreign customer? Share a contract template, for example, for a website design, so that it is featured here and there.
2. How to accept payment? Will Payoneer work?

Otherwise, you risk a permanent ban on Upwork.
See what they offer, choose what suits you best.
If you have a Payoneer card, then Payoneer is better for you.
If you do not have a Payoneer card, then Skrill will probably arrange it
. If you have an LLC or an individual entrepreneur and you want to get it, then through a bank transfer.

To prepare a contract, if it is not possible to hire a lawyer, it is better not to use templates from the Internet, they will not work for you in 9 out of 10 cases, and you are unlikely to be able to correct it correctly ... it is better to use some kind of contract preparation service, for example: fdsolution.ru
So at least you will form a suitable contract by choosing the terms of the contract that you are interested in from the various available options. But it's paid, but cheaper than a lawyer...
