Where can I find project manager orders for permanent cooperation on freelance?

Need advice. I work remotely as a front-end freelancer. Is it possible to find a project manager/sales manager, I don’t know what to call it correctly, who will manage orders, communicate with clients for % ? For monitoring orders, writing “I can” in each order, filling the profile with reviews, etc. not exactly what I would like. Or would it be better to work remotely for a company?

You must have a team, you can work on the same upwork for large projects that one person cannot do
