How do I properly complete Odesk's W-8BEN tax form if I live abroad?

I have been living in Thailand for more than six months, I plan to stay for another year or two. Just registered on Odesk. Indicated in the profile "Thailand" as the country of residence and the Thai address and phone number as contact. In the profile in the "My Jobs" section, there is a strong reminder to fill out the W-8BEN tax form. In this form, you will need to indicate your native Ukrainian citizenship. Will this conflict with the information from the profile when checking the correctness of filling out the form, and how are such issues generally resolved?

W-8BEN - for Americans only ( Upd: I 'm lying, the form is required in order to confirm that you are not a US citizen and do not work in the United States - filled out a long time ago, disappeared from my head ). Just indicate in the form that you do not have American citizenship and that's it. Nothing more is required of you. In the account in the "Tax Information" section, then the label will simply hang: "Filing Status: No Filing - Non-US". (For some reason, I just now remember that this is exactly what happened - it was just necessary to indicate that there was no American citizenship, and there was no need to indicate specific citizenship.)
Otherwise, it is better to indicate in the profile the address at which you are registered. In Thailand, you are on the bird's rights, most likely, right? So it is better not to indicate it in the profile. There will be fewer problems in the future.
