Previously, automatically incoming funds were converted into rubles and withdrawn. Then I played there for some reason, and now they are falling into a dollar account in PayPal, and it is not clear how to withdraw them from there. ??

If you withdraw E-money that is accounted for on your Account Balance in other currencies than rubles, you will be charged a Commission for conversion of the withdrawn amount into rubles in accordance with Appendix A (“Fees”).
