I withdraw money through Skrill to a dollar bank account. Everything suits me. But sometimes you need euros to travel around Europe. It turns out that you must first sell dollars, and then buy euros. The bank uses exactly the same principle, that is, it exchanges dollars for euros through rubles. Skrill does not allow to open a 2nd euro account. What are the options for a solution?
