For the fourth month I have been unsuccessfully trying to set up a withdrawal of funds from Chartboost to an account with Sberbank (ruble). I fill in all the details, but on the day of payment I receive a letter with the following content: " Payment Exception: You have earnings with Chartboost, however we are not able to pay you for the following reasons: Bank code provided is invalid or incorrect ". Googled a lot, tried different codes, but all in vain. Technical support (both Chatboost and Sberbank) could not help.
Withdrawal to the card of another bank works (tried Uralsib dollar). However, I need a savings bank. Maybe among the readers there are those who still managed to make Chartboost friends with Sberbank? Can you tell me what the details should look like? Thank you.
PS:If for this it will be necessary to open a foreign currency account, then I am ready to go for it.
