How to watch Youtube videos in fast playback on iPad?

I'm already used to watching any non-artistic videos at a speed of x1.5-2.0. On the ipad in the official application, I do not observe such an opportunity. I would like to avoid viewing from the browser. Are there alternative clients, including paid or other ways to solve the problem?

Of the free ones - Tubex can do it. For non-youtube videos, you can use AVPlayer HD , although it is paid.
