How to watch English TV?

Good afternoon!
To study and maintain the English language, I would like to watch news, TV programs in English.
I tried free playlists for IPTV - over time, links become broken, etc.
Ideally, I would like to watch through LG smart TV, but there is also a chromocast.
Share your experience, who watches foreign TV - how are you organized?
