In two of my Internet cafes, I set my forum as the default page. There was an adsense banner on the forum. Everything was fine for about a year, and then this garbage appeared:

I wrote an appeal, to which no one responded, wrote to [email protected], zero response. If I was really cheating, I would probably create another account, but I gave my passport data, and I don’t want to issue a new account for someone else. Good Corporation is completely impenetrable in this regard. In fact, I didn't break anything. Advertising was watched by different people from 2 ip addresses, I didn’t do any cheating. Now YouTube is not allowed to monetize. Just some kind of stigma for life hung. Well, at least they didn’t get banned in the search.
Maybe there are some ways to whiten before Google?

The chances are extremely small, positive stories are not known to me, although I do not exclude them. It's better to register a new account for your brother, sister, mother, but don't forget to ask their permission :).
PS It is quite possible that you have fallen under some kind of purge. Although if there are only two ips and a lot of clicks, then most likely this has become the main factor.

Unfortunately, you need to forget about adsense on the current account. I myself went through this and met dozens of such cases, including on Habré. Everyone complains about the inadequacy of adsense support, even if you have a large turnover in adwords.
As an option - try analogues. Often the income can be much higher than in adsense. I think this is the best way.
