Good afternoon, dear Khabrovites!
I have this problem: I live in China and in the last couple of days Russian sites, such as Yandex.News or Vkontakte, have been working badly. The thing is that they do not open not only with a normal direct connection, but also when connected via a VPN in one of the European countries. Pings, traceroute do not give a result. Other sites (mostly foreign) open normally.
Do you have any thoughts about this?! Thank you!

In China, there is a great Chinese firewall. Try proxies that are not banned yet, maybe it will go faster through them.
