How to view page edit logs in Bitrix?

Someone changed the php page in Bitrix through the editor.
Is it possible to somehow see, understand and forgive the one who did this?!
As I understand it, this kind of logging is not carried out as standard in Bitrix, maybe you can understand something through the server logs?
