How to verify website ownership for Google Play?

"
After further review, we found that the main purpose of your app is to provide a webview of the following website: " http://....... "
It's a violation of the Webviews and Affiliate Spam policy to publish an app where the primary purpose of the app is to provide a webview of a website without permission from the website owner or administrator
. you are authorized by the site creator/content owner to redistribute the content in this manner, please reply with verifiable documentation.
Examples of verifiable documentation include, but not limited to : distribution agreement, authorization contract, website domain information, website domain ownership and et cetera(.PDF).

"
What kind of documents do they ask for and how can they prove that we (the customer) are the owners of the site
