How to set up in-app payment for Android (Phonegap)?

Good afternoon!
We are developing a lightweight Android application using phonegap. There was a need to connect the payment. I found this tutorial: https://developers.google.com/in-app-payments/docs... , but, unfortunately, the links inside are broken (although it would seem the official dock). Has anyone here experienced something similar? And where can I read the treasured guides for solving this problem?
