How to remove video jerks on android?

There is a video on the site, inserted using the tag <video>, when viewed from a PC everything is fine, when viewed from a phone on an android, the video plays with jerks, while the sound goes smoothly. As it turned out, you need to encode video using progressive scan, not interlaced
