How to use webhooks with Google Analytics?

I'm trying to integrate CRM with Google Analytics to monitor order status changes (from order to deal) and then see it in Analytics reports. I understand that I need to use the Google Measurement Protocol to get hooks and translate them from CRM to Analytics conversions.
But in fact, I don't understand how to do it at all. I need to make a script to process a hook, but where should I put it? Are there any templates? Etc. etc.
Actually, if you know of any courses/tutorials/freelancers that can help me by pulling data from webhooks into Analytics, your advice will be useful to me. Thank you.
