Hello everyone, there is a certain service that sends VK messages from bots (not a spammer), but the bottom line is that in order to add a new bot (access_token) you have to log into your account through the console, otherwise VKontakte does not give access to requests, as in fact, to bypass this and just get access_token through links (which is then written to the database)?

You can get a token only if you are logged in on the vk.com website. This is the only way to give the application access rights.
