How to use unnecessary electronic keys?

I found at work unnecessary (no longer used, expired) electronic keys to Sberbank client banks (still for the old windows client with FPSU) and some other, I don’t remember the name (eToken). As well as several "tablets" and a device defined by the system as a USB TM Reader (it also seems to have been used with Sberbank). Attention to the question: how can it be used on the farm? In particular, I'm interested in:
1. Is it possible to somehow format flash drives with FPSU. Although they are small, they are just enough to write the keys of the same Sberbank on them so as not to use ordinary flash drives.
2. The same question about eToken. Is it possible to rewrite the keys from RuToken to eToken (make a copy).
3. USB TM Reader, judging by the name, only reads. Or is it possible to record something (tell me what) on a "tablet"
4. Your use cases.

Specifically, I don’t know about this reader, but tm's are very easy to write with any microcontroller you can write.

64bit code one byte of 8 family code and one CRC checksum. You can write down one of the universal codes. Did a lot of these.
UPD: By the way, your reader most likely has an 8-bit microcontroller with an Atmel AT90USB82 AVR core, here there are examples of using
