I looked at a review of a similar UPS, with 1000 W of maximum power and 130 W of load, it showed 13%. It looks like the percentage of the maximum power, in your case, multiply by 800.
And so, I would recommend the simplest power meter for 5 bucks with Ali, which is inserted between the plug and the socket
