How to use the library for Arduino on linux?

There is a fingerprint scanner GTM-2110 (C31), there is a library for arduino for it , everything works fine on arduino.
But I need to connect this scanner to a linux device. There are no more libraries for this module.
Perhaps you can somehow use the library for arduino and run the program on linux?

All this from laziness, you just need to take and write.

Perhaps reading the Arduino Host Client in C (Linux) article will help .

The Arduino is worth every penny. If it's such a pain to rewrite / figure out the library, then why not just connect the scanner to the arduino, and it to Linux?
