How to use pixel perfect correctly when screen width is 1600 and layouts go to 1920?
I can't quite get it to fit evenly. And if in Photoshop the layout is reduced to 1600, then it is generally small. I’m already chasing the scale and 0.9, how right?

No way. If the design is responsive, then it should stretch and/or fold depending on the screen. Pixel Perfect is not about adaptive.
Pixel Perfect ceased to exist around the time Windows turned on font smoothing by default.
In developer mode in the browser, you can make any screen.
Most likely it will be necessary to add custom.
