Monstra CMS - what tag is needed to upload images?

Good day!
Transferred layout to Monstra CMS.
But nowhere can I find documentation on adding fields so that I can edit text in certain places and images from the admin panel.
Can you suggest tags or throw the documentation normal? It is also possible in English.
I would appreciate your help!
