How to use one 1C Retail database on two PCs?

There is a PC in the store with 1C Enterprise 8.2 installed on it with conf. 1C Retail. Tell me how you can connect to this database from a home PC?
Is it possible that the base will automatically download to the NAS at home? And already to the downloaded connect and work with it? In principle, I have already done this, but in the store the Internet speed is 2 Mbit / s and every day it is not very convenient to pump over a base of + 400 MB in size.

At least hassle - leave the included computer at work and work through Timweaver.
No headaches about synchronization, no need to carry anything on a flash drive, no need to fight with two nats at home, ...

Definitely Teamviewer, or RDP (it can be built-in, it seems to support up to two users at the same time) + VPN like Hamachi or any others that support connection via login / password.

It is necessary to use the mechanism of a distributed infobase.
