There is an extension that adds tooltips to pages using the Twitter Bootstrap library.
To this end, the extension injects both bootstrap and jquery into web pages, but
when bootstrap is already present on the site, glitches begin - click handlers for tooltips work twice instead of once, windows blink, etc.

How should libraries be used correctly in extensions?
