How to use less.js?

Attached files. chrome console says:
XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///F:/lessTest/css/styles.less. Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https, chrome-extension-resource.
How to fix?
Are there any portable solutions for copying less?
