How to connect such ui and its LESS?

Good day to all.
I can’t deal with this UI semantic-ui.com
, more precisely, I included all css and js, of course, but css weighs 600kb. Kind of too much.
There is less, but I can’t figure out how to connect it.

put winless opened everything, chose what you need and then? how to compile to one file?

When you add a folder to WinLess (either via 'Add folder' or by dropping it on the folder pane), WinLess will start watching the LESS files in it.
WinLess will automatically recompile a less file when it is changed.
