How to use JMH?

I'm trying to measure the speed of the algorithm in java, using JMH
But through eclipse it doesn't work out normally to connect at all.
Download samples. All examples where @GenerateMicroBenchmark is used are not working, it seems that it is deprecated.
With @Benchmark, nothing comes out. I don't understand how to run at least a simple example, I've spent two evenings already, I can't make any working example, even on helloworld.
Is it generally not friendly with eclipse?
