How to use google custom search api with python?

Good afternoon!
I'm reading the Google documentation on using the google custom search api and I can't figure out how to use it correctly. I also couldn't find any good articles or videos about it.
The task is simple - to get the results of the first page of issue for a list of keywords, but the mandatory use of Python and google custom search api.
Perhaps someone can suggest a good article or video where the use of this api is explained in an accessible way (preferably in Russian?
