Why does google page speed show a high loading of the site, but in google webmaster the transitions are low?

Hello. Faced a problem. Engaged in site optimization, successfully optimized. According to Google Page Speed, the speed of the mobile version of the site is from 85 (medium-high). For PC from 95 (high). That is, the optimization is successful. But, google webmaster shows that the transitions to my site were carried out with a low speed (specifically on mobile, on a desktop with an average speed). Why such deviations when comparing developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ with google webmaster?

Try to wait 3-4 days, if you have recently optimized the speed, Google needs time.
If the site has been optimized for a long time, but the data does not change, feed it the whole sitemap again, let it strain. It won't get worse. Just don't need it every day

Another important point for acceleration is the optimization and compression of images on the site. You can optimize each image manually (through Photoshop, for example), or automatically (through special services). Here is an interesting article on this topic: https://pr-cy.ru/news/p/6831-kak-i-zachem-optimizi...

Google pagespeed shows the current speed of the site at the time of the test, and the webmaster only shows the last crawl. Recently, they are constantly updating the two services - the results may vary. For example, it used to be difficult to score 90+, but now it is less difficult.
Algorithms are constantly changing, not for the better - concessions on their part do not contribute to real optimization in any way
