Are there ways to bypass pagespeed?

Hello. Is there any dirty way to bypass the validation. My site scores 88 points for desktop, and this is already a yellow status. Fulfill the requirements requested by pagespeed. At the same time, the requirements are almost always different: either remove the js code that interferes with the display of the site (I can’t delete it. I need it. All), or something else like a wait delay from the server. Of course, I have already used all sorts of optimizations like all images in webp or mozjpg, minified all css and js code, but to no avail.

I trigger on pagespeed because indexing in Google depends on it, and in the end I would like to play around with numbers ...

If the site is on pure html, then I will get my cherished 97-100, so the thought of "bypassing the system" arises. Maybe there is some option in which you can slip the pagespeed of one site, and show users another one? Or make some kind of preloader so that pagespeed perceives it as a full-fledged site.

if(strpos($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'],'Chrome-Lighthouse')) {
сайт для спидтеста
} else {
нормальный сайт
}

here's an option that works. Perhaps there is a risk of crap and get banned from Google, although it seems to me that people are just being scared

Yes, follow the instructions. For this, it would be nice to read them.
UPD: From what the server does not write: leave the shitty \ + free server, which is from the main stream in distant lands. If you sit next to the review hosts, you'll get a higher rating just by definition. To do this, just use the verification tool from your computer.

The influence of PSI on the ranking is not unambiguous, there is a whole holivar on this topic. Moreover, it is definitely not worth relying on. Look at the scores of highly ranked sites. Especially considering that Lighthouse has been changing its algorithms lately.
Personally, I consider GTMetrix to be more informative for myself. But, however, also not up to fanaticism, but in order to remove serious roughness.
In essence, the TTFB value should ideally be within 0.2s, up to 0.6s is acceptable. However, this indicator is not always a direct indicator of the speed of the server. Often, the response time is related to the script part. For example, in my practice, before optimization, a WP site gave TTFB up to 7 (!) seconds. After optimization of the script part - 0.15s.
