How to use an external dhcp server in mpd5 to issue addresses?

Colleagues, is it possible to make friends with mpd5 and an external dhcp server? Or maybe there is some other way to distribute routes to connecting pptp clients?
Everything works on Cisco or RRAS, but mpd5 does not seem to be able to do this at all.

If anyone is interested, here a friend wrote some semblance of a solution:

I didn’t manage to start it, but I didn’t really try.

because formally PPP has its own IPCP protocol for configuring hosts, which transmits only the address, dns and vince. therefore, on various Unixes, they write lifting scripts on the client side to add a route after connecting, and on Windows, Windows itself assumes which subnet it is and itself adds the route of the corresponding class through this connection. (for example, with the received address 10.1.2.3, it adds a route to 10.0.0.0/8 through this connection). well, or use OpenVPN, where there is such an opportunity to push any routes you want to clients.
