How to upload files to Nas4free via web interface(s)?

Is it possible to get an analogue of Yandex\Google drive on Nas4Free for uploading and downloading files from anywhere in the world with authorization to certain directories for user groups? I figured out how to download, it works through the admin panel and specifying the rights to directories for users, but there is no way to upload yet, can you tell me the options =)
