How to use aerofs and what is the working principle?

1. Are there clear instructions for use in Russian?
2. If you use the server and client parts of the software - how to synchronize correctly?
And how does it work? As I understand it, this is p2p ... Only I can’t get the speed like p2p.
3. If server and client parts are used, does the aerofs.com server only know what files and folders I am transferring? That is, he does not receive the files themselves?

There is no server part at all (there is only a console version of the client, but it's still a client).
There are only clients. Files are sent via p2p, notify each other through aerofs servers. Servers know the list of transferred files. They promised to cut it out, but they did it poorly - in the absence of the Internet, new files are not transferred to neighboring machines on the same network.
In short, dropbox, but really without the participation of other people's servers in the direct process of file transfer.
In the local network, speeds in the region of 700-800 mbps are achieved without any tuning on large files. If you are slow via the Internet, NAT is most likely to blame (especially if it is on both ends). Between machines with dedicated direct addresses, the external network is also utilized by 70-80% easily.
