Mac File Sync <--> win?
There are several folders on Mac (OS X Lion) and Win (Windows 7).
How to set up synchronization of files between them?
Requirements:
1. Updated file on one system, updated on the second.
2. If there is a version conflict, ask what to do (preferably)
3. Selecting more than one folder for synchronization, but several (preferably)
It is best to work via Wi-Fi, but you can also use the Internet.
Thanks in advance.

Over the Internet, the most popular solution is now: Dropbox (http://dropbox.org). Saves both versions of files when there are conflicting changes.
There are many less popular analogues, such as SugarSync, Windows Live Mesh (runs under OS X), Wuala, AeroFS,…
Option 1 - probably with scripts = diff there are both mac waters and under win.
Option 2 - keep everything on external storage, say ethernet-hdd, from there it’s also quite easy to backup.
3 upload to the cloud once, then only diffs between files will be synchronized, and these are not the same volumes, even by egde / gprs.
does anyone have any other options
through an intermediate drive with ExFAT (http://macdaily.me/reviews/exfat-universal-file-system-for-mac-os-x-and-windows/)
