Where to store links?
I have long been puzzled by the problem of storing, cataloging and synchronizing links (bookmarks, favorites) for different devices (PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone).
Since cross-platform support is needed, the most normal option is to use some kind of web service. Like a dropbox, just for links. I clicked in the browser toolbar, added a name, tags, then went to rest or went on business and on the road you look at what you “googled” and “surfed”. I have already started using instapaper.com for this business, but this is more for reading than for surfing and bookmarking (the version of the site for reading is far from always needed). However, I would like to have the same convenient and fast native application for the same iOS, but for other purposes and tasks.
In general, I think the problem is banal and relevant for many, respectively - who solves it how?

Switched from delicious to diigo
Convenient service. You can save bookmarks (+ a cached version of the page if needed). There is a section “Read later” where you can drop bookmarks - read for later (removed from the section when reading)
There are tools for mobile, but I did not use it myself
Online service - Raindrop.io
Yandex.bookmarks. You can put a plug-in to the browser so that you can add to bookmarks with one button + you always have access through Yandex services.
Chrome, like when you log in from Google, is fully synchronized right up to the plug-ins out of the box.
I use evernote + plugin in chrome for it, which allows you to copy pages in full or url with 1 click. Well, I use my evernote account from anywhere I can access the saved content.
iGoogle has Google Bookmarks. I have been using for several years now. Minus - sorting in alphabetical order (decided by calling links like News.*, where * is your site name), as well as the need to load the page every time (which does not always happen instantly).
Opera. If the browser is not important to you, then opera is the ideal solution for synchronization, it is available on all the platforms you listed. Although if you use only safari and nothing else, then naturally this is not the way you need.
i use delicio.us and springpad. Especially the last one. True, I don’t know how it works on Apple technology in the absence of such (but there are definitely customers)
I use the Null-Page
service
