Set the network on the host machine to be static (you will need to change the default gateway)
Change the network in the virtual machine from NAT to a network bridge (it makes sense if the host machine itself is connected to its local network, and not directly to the Internet, if directly then Houston, you have a problem that can be solved but more complicated)
Then, in the guest system in the virtual machine, configure the network as static or configure dhcp on the host's local network router so that the ip gives a known and constant IP
Then configure vpn in the guest system and in the connection properties (this is if vpn using windows) specify - ' make the connection public '(in different versions of windows they call it differently, I already forgot for sure)
Then, in the host system, register the default gateway ip address of the guest machine inside the virtual machine.
ps if vpn is not created in a regular way, look for a way to enable nat already in it (for example, openvpn, as far as I remember, can)
pps instead of specifying a gateway, if you only need a browser, you can configure some kind of proxy server inside the virtual machine
