Is it possible to run MacOSX on a virtual machine from under Windows?

For development, you need MacOSX. Is there any way to run it on a virtual machine? I don't see MacOSX in the list of supported systems in VirtualBox.
Are there any options?

There is OS X there, it is possible to run Hackintosh, but it's easier and faster to rent a VPS with a "real" OS X and connect via VNC.
