How to upload the purchase history in Bitrix?

In the user's personal account, can I implement the unloading of purchased goods in Excel, let the user download this file? Who faced such task?

What is your difficulty?
1. Display the download button.
2. We make an Ajax request to the handler file.
3. We get all orders in the processing file.
2. Next, we get a basket from these orders, and goods from the basket.
3 We form an excel file.
4. We save and let the user download.
5. Done.
