How to upload Percona database dump to Mysql?

Dumped Percona. Version 5.7.16-10-log - Percona Server (GPL). I'm trying to upload to a regular Mysql 5.7.17 server. The loader hangs, the process does not go further. Are there any features of the transfer from perkona? Tables are regular innoDB.
UPD. The dump was done through mysqldump in sql format. I'm trying to upload via ssh. Swears at the string (112.4, 'Purple+black'), (148.4, 'Flag'), (139.4, 'Chrome'). From the looks of it, everything is in order. It also swears at backslashes.

How did you backup? mysqldump or innobackupex (Percono's stock tool).
How did you determine that the dump bay is hanging? What will happen if you download not through the "loader" (by the way, what is it?) But simply through the console?
