How to upload letters back to the mail server?

I reinstalled the mailer, forgot to check the box "Save letters on the server", as a result, all letters left the server on the computer. How can I download them back? I read that it is possible through IMAP, but mail.ru does not support it. I would not like to resort to the FW option.

Try to start mail on the server with IMAP (qip.mail.ru, yandex.ru ...), set up this account in the mail program, upload it there (select messages in the local folder and drag them to the IMAP folder in the new mail account), and on mail.ru set up an auto-collector of mail from this new address on a server with IMAP. In theory, it should be uploaded to the imap and taken back to the mail.ru mail :)
Good luck!

Sorry, I couldn't resist - it reminded me of the question "How to upload a file back to the Internet - I don't need it anymore."

No way, only by sending these letters to yourself (these will be new letters). POP3 does not support storing anything on the server (pop=postoffice protocol, in which the server is a place for temporary storage of mail).
Go to any service that supports imap.

SMTP can be used.

Upload via IMAP if possible. Just drop your emails into your account folder and it will sync after a while.
