How to forward messages from mail?

Googled and still couldn't find anything. Although the answer is somewhere on the surface. It is necessary to send messages from postal services (any) to the site at a given URL. I didn't find any documentation or API. All links on the topic will be glad.

Write a script on anything (let's say PHP), which picks up mail from mailers, and then forich and curl ( Guzzle ) send an Http request to where you need it.
Everything is simple really.
