I want to store my work in the cloud, everyone is talking about Github, but I can’t figure it out in any way.
I want to upload a CSS file, where should I poke something?

client -> learning git from their official book

https://windows.github.com/ I think it's logical to immediately give a person a program with a visual interface.
Convenient training on the console here .

Alternatively, try mercurial (bitbucket.org), it's much easier to understand than git.
