How to upload base64 to S3 via multer?

A normal file is received and loaded, but how to pass base64.
After uploading the image, the user crops it, resizes it.
Base64 output.
Not accepted at all, I can not understand what the problem is

Sent via FormData, creating new File, it turned out like an image.
