Is it possible to make a gradual fill of an svg image like in the picture?

The only thing is that there is some first (odd) path of the stop, the second is the heel, so at first it turns out that the second is poured, and after it the first.
It is better to combine every two into one compound, then you can slightly increase / play around with animation-delay between steps, it will work out better.
