How to upload a list of all streets in a selected area on the map?

How can I unload a list of all streets in a selected area from the map? What are the options anyway? If possible, then a little more!
I tried to upload via regular export to https://www.openstreetmap.org/ but such an array of data appears there that you can’t figure it out. For example, I selected an area of ​​​​2 * 2 kilometers and the result was a file with a volume of more than 100 thousand lines - try to figure it out.
Ideally, I would like several options:
1. I select / indicate, for example, the district (CAO) or district (Arbat) of Moscow and the list gives the streets of the district or district, respectively.
2. I select an area on the map and do the same as in the paragraph above.
+ if there are districts in the district, then it shows them as well as the names of metro stations.

I searched and searched, but I didn’t find anything sensible with which I could work right away. In response, some programs like QGIS rained down, which seem to be possible to understand, probably only for those who are professionally involved in this.

No, I have not seen such services. And OSM is just data, unlike Google Yandex, with their ready-made services. With OSM, you need to understand, prepare and transform data, visualize the results and other implementations of the Wishlist yourself.
Well, by the way, QGIS was the right direction. It can read raw OSM data. Then you just have to select only roads from the data and make a spatial selection.
And in general, who needs it on a permanent basis, and not one-time on their knees, unfold the data in the database and make a spatial selection from there.
